Former England international Jamie Redknapp has hailed Aaron Mooy, naming the Socceroo in his Premier League team of the season.
Mooy is in his first campaign in the Premier League after helping Huddersfield Town snare promotion from the Championship.
The Australian midfielder has excelled in the top flight, featuring in every game for the Terriers and scoring four goals and notching one assist.
Expected to battle relegation this season, Huddersfield Town currently sit in 11th place on the table.
Speaking on Sky Sports, ex-Liverpool and Spurs midfielder Redknapp complimented the displays of Mooy over the past five months.
"Do you know who deserves a mention? Aaron Mooy at Huddersfield," he said.
"He's my type of player. A really good footballer - keeps it moving. He’s playing in a team that’s obviously struggled at times, and big games, he’s affected them.
