ADELAIDE United's fans have been named the winners of the inaugural Hyundai A-League Fan Group of the Year award by Football Federation Australia.

With a crowd average nudging 11,000 this season the Red Army was seen as the most loyal and passionate supporters in the Hyundai A-League. Hyundai A-League Fan Group of the Year award recognises the best fan group in the Hyundai A-League and for their passionate support the Red Army will receive a billboard in their city featuring Adelaide’s superb fan culture. Wellington Phoenix and Brisbane Roar both fared well in the final results and Brisbane fans will get their last opportunity for the season to support their team and show why they rated so highly in the voting.
