Pepe Reina has confirmed that he intends to remain at Liverpool amid continuing speculation that he is set to re-join Barcelona.
The Liverpool keeper was tipped to sign for the La Liga leaders after talk that current number one Victor Valdes may not remain with the club.
But the 30-year-old Spaniard - who left Camp Nou for Villarreal 2002 - has insisted the links are just rumours.
"I have my contract with Liverpool for three more years and nothing has changed," he said. "We want to make it bigger and my future is at Liverpool right now.
"About Barca, it is only rumours and people talking about the possibilities. There are no facts and I can't talk about that."
Current keeper Valdes said that he intends to see out his contract which runs until 2014 but did little to dispel the speculation by heaping praise on Reina in the same press conference.
Reina has been with Liverpool since 2005 and played 31 Premier League games last season, keeping 14 clean sheets.
