FRANK Farina's future at Brisbane Roar has been put on hold for another 24 hours after the club delayed their decision in a shroud of mystery.
Roar issued a statement this afternoon simply stating the future of the underfire manager was on hold for another day due to "unforeseen circumstances".
Club representatives refused to specify what the circumstances were that had caused another day of confusion for Roar.
Farina's job has been in jeopardy after he was charged with drink driving for a second time after being breathtested on his way to training by police on Saturday morning.
Last night he begged the Roar board for a chance to carry on in his position and a decision was expected to be announced today.
However the statement from the club said that will now be made tomorrow.
It added: "Today's scheduled media conference regarding the future of Brisbane Roar coach Frank Farina has been postponed due to unforseen circumstances.
"Due to this change in timing Brisbane Roar will be making NO COMMENT until tomorrow."
