BRISBANE Roar target Bob Malcolm hopes to seal a move Down Under because he is sick of life in Scotland.
The former Rangers and Motherwell midfielder is hoping to meet up with ex Gers colleagues Craig Moore and Charlie Miller - provided he passes a medical upon his arrival.
He told the Scottish Sun: "I've had enough of walking along a street in Glasgow and someone screaming 'ya dirty Orange b*****d' in my face.
"I've just had enough of all the hassle. It's the main reason for me wanting to give Australia a go."
Ironically, should Malcolm seal a move to Roar then his first competitive hit out will probably be against Celtic at Suncorp in early July.
Roar skipper Craig Moore told the Courier Mail: "Bob can play anywhere across the back and he can also play as a sitting midfielder. He'll offer us a lot."
