Socceroo Tom Rogic played 90 minutes overnight as Celtic suffered another heavy UEFA Champions League defeat going down 7-1 to French giants Paris Saint-Germain.
The Hoops will now battle with Belgian champions Anderlecht on the final matchday for third place in the group to secure a spot in the Europa League.
Rogic put in a full shift as Celtic took an early lead before being thrashed.
The Australian’s performance was rated 4/10 by both The Scotsman and Talksport.
The Scotsman wrote: “Did his best to hassle his opponents but found it hard-going up against Thiago and Marquinhos at the heart of the PSG defence.”
Talksport wrote: “The Australian failed to do anything of note in the contest. Rogic will be disappointed with being swamped by the PSG midfield.”
Celtic are next in action in the Scottish League Cup Final on Monday morning (2am AEDT) against Motherwell.
