Tom Rogic’s now famous appearance at Cheers bar on Saturday night almost didn’t happen with the 25-year-old initially turned away by security.
Rogic was greeted by ecstatic Sydney Celtic Supporters Club who had gathered to watch Celtic face Rangers.

Currently dealing with injury, Rogic posed for photos and chatted with fans as his side managed a 0-0 draw, keeping them atop of the Scottish Premier League table.
Fans even sang 'One Tom Rogic' much to the Socceroo's delight.
Celtic next face Brechin City on January 21 after a three-week break.
