RONALDINHO claims he will feature for Brazil at this summer's Olympic Games as one of his country's over 23-year-old players.
The Barcelona playmaker, who is currently in Brazil as he recovers from a muscle injury which kept him out of most of the end of last season, is still looking for a club after being told by the Catalan outfit that he was not in their plans.
However, despite not knowing where he will be playing his club football come August, Ronaldinho insists he knows that he will play some part in Brazil's campaign for a gold medal in Beijing.
"I'm sure I'll be in Beijing," he told Brazilian TV station SporTV.
"If God wills it then I will be back in the national team.
"I'm recovering from my injury and I want to be back as soon as possible. It's very difficult being out (of the team)."
The 28-year-old has not featured in a Brazil squad since November 2007.
Playing in the Olympics would rule Ronaldinho out of the start of the season for any new club.
