Madrid sit second in Group D with six points from three games following the defeat in Germany, and have a three-point lead over third-placed Ajax.

But Ronaldo feels there is no cause for concern at the Santiago Bernabeu.

"There is no great drama because there are lot of matches left and we are still well positioned to progress," Ronaldo told the official Real Madrid website.

"We knew that it would be a difficult match against a good team that are very strong at home. That's football and the chances of winning are the same for each side when you play against a great team.

"The team did well, but Dortmund's second goal was a little bit lucky.

"We realise that away from home it is becoming increasingly difficult to get anything from matches. We knew it would be difficult because we were playing a great opponent."

Real will be looking to return to winning ways when they visit Mallorca on Sunday.
