The lull in fixtures following the African Nations Cup sees the top 14 positions remain static, with Argentina leading from Brazil with world champions Italy in third.
Spain, Germany and Czech Republic round out the top six respectively.
Australia haven't moved and local rivals Japan slipped one place down to 36th.
Honduras are the biggest climbers in the top 50, climbing seven places to 43rd after a five-match unbeaten run.
The biggest movers in the middle of the rankings are Equatorial Guinea, up 14 places to 64th, and Guyana, up 19 to 113th.
