Mark Rudan has stepped down as head coach of Sydney United 58.
The 41-year-old started with the club as a junior before climbing the ranks to the senior team and then coach.
His decorated career included claiming two NPL Championships and two NSW Premierships.
Rudan was one of the inaugural inductees into the Sydney FC Hall of Fame in 2015
“I started my career at this proud and historic club as an eight-year-old,” Rudan said.
“Making my way through the junior and youth ranks, I fulfilled a dream of playing for the first team, going on to captain, and then for four years coach this great club.
“The 20-year journey has been unforgettable and I will take away many wonderful memories which will stay with me for the rest of my life.
“I will never be a stranger to this club and will always be a Sydney United fan. Our football club has never been in a better position and I have great confidence in where it is headed, knowing it is left in great hands.”
