PROMISING Socceroo Nikita Rukavytsya has joined Belgian battlers KSV Roeselare on loan from FC Twente for the rest of the Jupiler League season.
The 22-year-old forward hasn't played for Twente's first-team since October and has opted for a loan move to enhance his 2010 World Cup ambitions.
Rukavytsya leaves Twente, who are top of the Dutch Eredivisie, for Roeselare who are bottom of Belgium's top flight and battling relegation.
It is understood the former Perth Glory man has travelled immediately to Belgium following the Socceroos draw in Kuwait to link up with his new club.
Rukavytsya joins Roeselare on a six-month loan deal having arrived in the Netherlands just under a year ago.
