Socceroo Mat Ryan is poised for a loan move away from Valencia next month after successfully undergoing surgery.
Ryan has struggled for game-time at the Spanish club this season, making just two appearances in La Liga.
The goalkeper had a small operation last Tuesday to remove a cyst from his hip. It is not expected to keep him out for long.
"It was only minor sugery so the recovery is coming along quite fast," Ryan told FourFourTwo.
According to reports, a number of clubs inside and outside Spain are keen to take the Australian on loan.
Osasuna, where John Aloisi once played, are interested in Ryan as are Belgian side KAA Gent and French club Olympique Marseille.
The 24-year old joined Valencia in 2015 on a six-year deal from Club Brugge. He has made 30 appearances for the Socceroos.
