Socceroos number one Mat Ryan kept a clean sheet and made another fine double save overnight as Brighton & Hove Albion drew 0-0 with Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
Ryan made a stellar double save in his side's 1-0 loss to Manchester United at Old Trafford on the weekend.
And he backed that up with a pair of saves in the 13th minute, denying Christian Benteke initially, before thwarting Wilfried Zaha's shot from the rebound.
The 25-year-old moved from Valencia to newly promoted Brighton in the off-season and has played all 14 league games this season.
Ryan endured a slow start to life in the Premier League with some unconvincing early season displays, but he appears to have now settled with the Seagulls who are 10th.
He has seen off pressure from understudies Tim Krul and Niki Maenpaa to remain first choice.
15: Palace with the only chances of note so far, as Ryan makes two brilliant saves to deny Benteke and then Zaha on the follow up. #BHAFC 0 #CPFC 0 #BHACRY
