The 24-year-old gloveman has completed his medical at the club and will see out the season with the Jupiler League side.

It’s a return to Belgium for Ryan, who played 102 games for Club Brugge before moving to La Liga.

During his time at the club he was voted as the best keeper in Belgium in both 2014 and 2015.

Ryan will wear the number 26 at Genk and will be unveiled to the fans in coming days.
