Socceroo Mat Ryan will be playing in the Premier League next season after agreeing to join newly promoted side Brighton & Hove Albion, according to reports.
The Mirror reports it's a done deal, with the 25-year-old goalkeeper committing to the Seagulls and bringing a premature end to hopes of returning to Valencia.
In July 2015 Ryan put pen to paper on a six-year deal with the La Liga giants, but limited game time resulted in a loan to Racing Genk and a return to the Belgian Pro League where he enjoyed success with Club Brugge.
Only three weeks ago Ryan said he wanted to return to Los Che next season and stake his claim for the club’s number one shirt.
Full report to follow.
