AMERICA defender Carlos Sanchez has undergone a second operation following the discovery of a brain haemorrhage.
Sanchez collapsed during a training session and was required an operation on Thursday because of a clot that was blocking a vital artery.
The 28-year-old required the second operation because of a post-operation clot, which caused bleeding and high pressure in the cranium.
America club doctor Alfonso Diaz said: "Yesterday night he had surgery. We had the last report during the morning and he is stable.
"However, until he is taken out of the induced coma we can have only an approximate idea of his condition."
