Borussia Dortmund striker Julian Schieber was thrilled to score his first Champions League goal in Tuesday's 1-0 win over Manchester City.
Schieber's 57th-minute strike was enough to secure three points for the German giants, who progress to the knockout stages of the competition unbeaten.
Dortmund's victory resigned the Sky Blues to a season without European football, as the Premier League champions bowed out with a new record for the lowest Champions League points tally from an English side.
But Schieber was simply delighted to find the back of the net in Europe's prestigious club competition, as he slid in to tap home Jakub Blaszczykowski's low cross.
"I'm very happy that I managed to score my first Champions League goal," Schieber. told reporters.
"Our squad consists of 21 players and we can all contribute to the success.
"We are very satisfied with this victory."
