The 26-year-old arrives from Turkish club Eskisehirspor and will join the K-League leaders on a one-year deal.

"We have signed Anderson to help us in the AFC Champions League and the second half of the K-League season," a statement read on FC Seoul's official website.

"We expect to have more firepower in attack when he links up with our Montenegrin striker Dejan Damjanovic."

The tall Brazilian, who spent four years in Turkey, fills the third overseas player spot at Seoul after French defender Kevin Haftchi left the club.

He also fills a gap in the Seoul attack left by the sale of South Korean international Lee Chung-yong to Premier League side Bolton.
