Radomir Antic's side went down to a surprising 1-0 defeat to New Zealand in Klagenfurt, Austria, on Saturday, and will look to boost confidence by returning to winning ways against the Poles in Kufstein.

The 22-year-old Stuttgart man said: "Never before the games - we will not think about the possibility of complete failure.

"In particular, it is not the time to deal with this (questions about failure) now that we are preparing to play in the World Cup."

The All Whites, ranked 63 places below Serbia, have been labelled by many as one of the weakest teams at this summer's World Cup in South Africa, but Kuzmanovic played down the loss.

"These are the preliminary games," he said. "They are used to detect errors and to remove them in time.

"The defeat to New Zealand has changed absolutely nothing in our mood or work. Everything is still at the highest level with a true desire to be in South Africa."

Gerardo Martino's side battled back to draw 2-2 against Ivory Coast on Sunday after going two goals down.

But Sunderland defender Paulo Da Silva knows his side need to make improvements at the back before embarking upon a Group F campaign against Italy, Slovakia and New Zealand.

He told Paraguayan newspaper ABC Color: "We must reduce the errors in defence - that's the only way we will do well in the World Cup.

"It leaves us worried about the two goals we conceded against Ivory Coast."

Honduras face Azerbaijan in Zell am See, Austria, ahead of their Group H games against Spain, Switzerland and Chile.

The Central Americans came from behind to earn a 2-2 draw with Belarus in Villach on Thursday and coach Reinaldo Rueda is keen for his players to get more game-time under their belts.

He said: "That is our greatest enemy, as some players stopped participating in the Honduran league long ago. Others have had injuries and some have not played much for their clubs."

In other friendlies tomorrow, Norway take on Ukraine, Belarus tackle Sweden, Albania host Andorra and Romania play FYR Macedonia.
