Sion have claimed the Swiss regional court have ruled in favour of the club being reinstated into this season's Europa League competition.
The club have been waging a battle in the Swiss courts in an effort to return to the competition after UEFA expelled them on September 2 for fielding ineligible players in their play-off tie against Celtic.
The Swiss club appealed against the decision - but it was rejected on September 13.
However, the club claim the civil court of the canton of Vaud have ruled that UEFA should immediately reinstate the Swiss outfit into the Europa League and pay the club damages.
According to Sion's official website, the Swiss judge ruled that UEFA's measures "work against its own regulations and are unjustified".
A statement on www.fc-sion-live.ch read: "After having heard both parties, the Canton Vaud civil court once again rejected UEFA and found in favour of FC Sion."
Celtic took the Swiss club's place in Group I of the Europa League and have already played games against Atletico Madrid and Udinese.
UEFA were unavailable for comment tonight.
