Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel could be back on course for the World Cup.
The Slovakia international is due to return to full training at Melwood after suffering a fractured metatarsal, the club stated on their website.
Skrtel has not played since Liverpool's 3-1 victory against Unirea in February - but may now being fit for South Africa.
Slovakia, who have reached the finals for the first time, open their campaign against New Zealand on June 15.
