The club estimates over 3000 fans will make their way to the southern capital for the showpiece game of the season at Etihad stadium on Saturday night.
And the club says there are still places left on a convoy of buses set to leave Central Station early Saturday morning.
"For just $80 return, it's a really good option," says club media manager Ben Hawes. "We have had some massive turnouts for games against Melbourne in the past but this will surpass that if it keeps going the way it is."
By Wednesday there were just 5,000 tickets left for the game ensuring that the grand final will almost certainly be a sellout at the reconfigured Etihad stadium.

And win or lose, Sydney FC will host a free fan day at the Domain on Sunday to say thank you to their fans.
There'll be entertainment and giveaways commencing at 3pm, with the players and staff arriving at 4pm directly from Sydney Airport.
