The Real Madrid man scored a stunning free-kick in the 2-0 win over Wales on Sunday, adding to club-mate Arjen Robben's earlier strike.

Marco van Basten's side have won two of their warm-up friendlies - against Ukraine and Wales - and drawn with Denmark.

Sneijder said: "We won two of the three games and we got one draw. And we should have won all three, to be honest. Against Denmark we got enough chances too, but we did not take them."

The former Ajax player claims Holland's attack could be the key to their progression in Austria and Switzerland.

He added: "There is a lot of technique in the team. That is our strength and with that we choose to attack.

"But the counter is also a weapon we use sometimes too. We have the speed for it."
