The Prague crowd were given a shock in the 17th minute when Vitezslav Brozik gave the lowly visitors the lead, but parity was restored through Miroslav Matusovic's penalty just before the half-time whistle.

Daniel Kolar eased Sparta nerves shortly after the break by netting in the 53rd minute and the points were wrapped up 10 minutes from time when Marek Kulic fired a third.

The win sends Sparta two points clear at the top of the table, ahead of Liberec who can reclaim the lead if they manage to defeat Plzen on Sunday.

Elsewhere, FK Tescoma Zlin opened up a five-point cushion on the drop zone, after a goalless draw at home to Banik Ostrava.
