Robbie Keane (ankle) and Aaron Lennon (hamstring) remain sidelined, and Giovani dos Santos (groin) is also out, joining captain Ledley King (groin), Jermain Defoe, Michael Dawson (both ligament damage), Jamie O'Hara (back) and Jonathan Woodgate (groin) in the treatment room.
