The champions had to come from a goal behind at Pittodrie last Sunday to win 3-1 against Aberdeen.

The week previously at Falkirk, Strachan's side again began sloppily and had to recover from the loss of an early goal before running out comfortable 4-1 winners.

The former Coventry and Southampton boss is hoping his men start in a more positive way in front of their own fans at Celtic Park.

He said: "We have played four competitive games and I'm happy with every one of those games.

"It's helpful if you have got that (never-say-die spirit) but it would be more helpful if we didn't have to come from behind all the time.

"I said to the players last week, 'do you lot need to go a goal behind before you start playing?' and some smarty-pants said 'yes'.

"I'm not going to tell you who it was but we would like to try and win games a bit differently."

The Tynecastle side have had a difficult start to their season but midfielder Celtic Aiden McGeady believes they will still be a threat this season.

He said: "They are still genuine rivals.

"Although they have not got off to the best of starts, they always play well against us, it's always a hard game and I don't think tomorrow will be any different.

"It must be hard to play in the Hearts team at the minute because the team is always changing and there are always players coming in and out.

"But it's hard to judge them because we have not played against them yet this season."
