Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are both reportedly interested in signing Sunderland attacker Stephane Sessegnon.
The Benin international has been in brilliant form for Martin O'Neill's side, who are ninth in the English Premier League.
Sessegnon, 27, has scored seven league goals and provided nine assists this campaign, helping turn around Sunderland's fortunes after their slow start to the season.
A bid of around 15 million pounds could be difficult for the Stadium of Light club to turn down, according to reports across the UK on Wednesday.
Sessegnon joined Sunderland from PSG for a fee of six million pounds in January 2011, but could be tempted by a return to Paris with his family still in the French capital.
O'Neill has been full of praise for Sessegnon since taking over in December, and will be keen to keep the playmaker.
