SYDNEY FC new boy Bobby Petta and former Socceroos custodian John Filan will make the long trip west as John Kosmina's side prepare to take on basement boys Perth Glory.
With regular first-teamers Clint Bolton and Alex Brosque both expected to miss the match due to injury, Kosmina has turned to experience to fill the breach in his extended squad.
After recently taking over as senior goalkeeping coach at FC, English Premier League veteran John Filan will make a temporary comeback from retirement, pulling on the gloves as backup keeper to Ivan Necevski, who’s likely to take Bolton’s place in the team.
