EXCLUSIVE: Sydney Olympic’s talented wingback Shannon Cole has been invited to train with Sydney FC.
The NSW Premier League player and dead-ball specialist will join FC when they commence their pre-season training on April 28.
Cole, 23, has been of the outstanding players in the league this season with FC coach John Kosmina one of a number of A-League coaches expressing interest.
The Olympic player features in the current issue of FourFourTwo magazine’s feature The Ten Best Players Outside The A-League.
Others featured include South Melbourne’s Hamlet Armenian, South Australia’s Joel Allwright and Brisbane Strikers’ Adam Sarota.
Cole played on the weekend in Olympic’s 1-0 loss to Penrith Nepean United.
