Sydney officials have met with Rockdale council to discuss with them about proposals to built a training ground down at Barton Park and St George stadium. Sydney are looking to built two full sized training fields, a 50m pool indoor pool, gym, and a small ground that can hold up 5000 spectators with 3000 seats for the reserve team and could possibly be used be the senior squad for pre-season matches and against state league teams. Sydney are estimating that the project could cost around 10 million and wont be decided till Mid April this year.
