Manchester City's Barclays Premier League title destiny is now almost - but not quite - in their own hands after their win over Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium today.
Two wins from their two remaining fixtures will secure glory for Roberto Mancini's men providing United do not also win their last two games and overturn a goal difference of eight in City's favour in the process.

Newcastle v City (1330)
United v Swansea (1600)
This is the big one for City, as they head north to face a Newcastle side still in the thick of their bid to qualify for next season's Champions League. Kicking off early, City can heap the pressure on United with a win, but also know anything less than three points will hand the advantage squarely back to Sir Alex Ferguson's men. It remains to be seen how much Newcastle's busy recent schedule - their humiliation at Wigan followed by Wednesday's tough clash with Chelsea - will play into City's hands. United will certainly fancy their chances of keeping their side of the bargain when they face Brendan Rodgers' fabulous but fading Swansea at Old Trafford later on.
Sunday, May 13
City v QPR (1500)
Sunderland v United (1500)
Whoever holds the lead heading into the final day of the season will fancy their chances of completing the job. QPR's battle against relegation will add an intriguing dimension to the afternoon, but it is still hard to see City slipping up if they still have the title at their mercy. United arguably have the tougher task as they travel to the Stadium of Light, where despite having nothing to play for Martin O'Neill will be sure to send out a team eager to wreck United's title dream. It certainly does not look like the sort of match in which Ferguson's men will be able to swing the potentially crucial goal difference in their favour.
