10. Top Ten Heartbreakers
 We’ve witnessed some amazing moments of joy but, equally, Australia has seen its fair share of clangers, blunders and cock-ups. Look away now if you’re squeamish…

As always, it’s hard to pick a top ten with honourable mentions going to Bobby Despotovski’s infamous salute in the NSL, dodgy defending by the Matildas at the recent World Cup and an incorrect opposition national anthem played at one international match in Melbourne.

9. The A-League's Top Ten Brazilians

MAYCON became the latest Brazilian to join the A-League when he signed with Melbourne Heart.

Every club except Central Coast Mariners and Perth Glory currently has at least one Brazilian on their books and there's been a long list of Samba stars in the A-League over the years.

2. Top Ten Maddest Moments

Sack-whackers, kayakers, pissants and stranglers – the A-League has had its fair share of madness as we look back at 10 of the craziest episodes in the league.

There were a number of other moments that just missed out. So, honourable mentions go to Lawrie McKinna for singing on local radio, a cardboard cut-out of Miron Bleiberg at a press conference, Gold Coast fans making a run for it to the Beach during the cap fiasco and Miron’s many and varied interviews on Fox Sports.
