AC Milan have turned down offers from Real Madrid for Brazil defender Thiago Silva and have no intention of offloading Ronaldinho, according to Rossoneri owner Silvio Berlusconi.
Thiago Silva, 25, has been linked with a move away from the San Siro this summer, with Spanish giants Madrid among the clubs keen to acquire his services.
But Berlusconi said: "We have rejected offers from Real Madrid for Thiago Silva. He will remain with us."
Thiago Silva, who arrived at Milan in 2009 from Fluminense, is under contract with the Serie A club until 2013.
Berlusconi also claimed Ronaldinho - a reported target of Flamengo - will remain at Milan for many years to come.
"Ronaldinho? I have a pact with him," said Berlusconi.
"While he continues to play professional football, he will remain with us.
"We will renew his contract.
"Considering his quality, I am certain he will continue to play for a few more years.
"I consider him (Ronaldinho) the strongest player of all time."
Ronaldinho is under contract with Milan for another season.
Another player staying at Milan is veteran defender Massimo Oddo, who has signed a one-year contract extension.
The 34-year-old full-back made just 14 league appearances with the Rossoneri in the 2009-10 campaign and was linked with a return to Lazio this summer.
A statement from the club read: "AC Milan announces that Massimo Oddo has extended his contract until June 30, 2012."
Oddo, a World Cup winner with Italy in 2006, joined Milan in the summer of 2007 from Lazio in a 12million-euro deal.
