RANGERS midfielder Kevin Thomson looks as though he has won his race to be fit for the UEFA Cup final against Zenit St Petersburg.
Thomson limped out of Saturday's Clydesdale Bank Premier League win over Dundee United with a foot injury but he trained this evening at the City of Manchester Stadium.
Goalkeeping coach Jim Stewart told Rangers World: "It's amazing what cup finals can do for injuries and people are back and ready to go."
Steven Naismith (knee) and Allan McGregor (ankle) remain on the sidelines, while Daniel Cousin is suspended following his red card in the semi-final against Fiorentina.
