Tottenham have unveiled Etienne Capoue as their latest signing after completing a deal with Toulouse for the France international.
Capoue had previously completed a medical at White Hart Lane and has now finalised his move after agreeing personal terms.
The 25-year-old came through the youth ranks at Toulouse and spent six seasons in the first team for the Ligue 1 outfit.
He had been linked with a move to the Premier League for some time, and Tottenham have fended off reported interest from the likes of Cardiff to bolster their midfield options.
He becomes Andre Villas-Boas' fourth signing of the close-season, following the captures of Roberto Soldado, Nacer Chadli and Paulinho.
Capoue made 174 appearances for Toulouse, and has seven caps for France.
