He will finalise his move after completing a medical with his new club following his commitments at the AFC Asian Cup this month.

The 30-year-old former Sydney FC, Adelaide United, and Melbourne City forward joins from Malaysian second-tier side Felda United.

At the Thai club, Ramsey is set to play alongside powerful Aussie defender Curran Ferns, who is in his second season with the club after also switching from Malaysian football.

Ramsay,  who was born in Perth, is set to play this month for the Philippines at the AFC Asian Cup under new coach Sven Goran Eriksson.

The Aussie-born striker qualifies for the Philippines via his heritage and is hoping to make his mark at the region's showpiece event this January, starting with a tough group clash against South Korea.

Ramsay linked with the Azkals in 2015 and has made 27 appearances scoring four times. The national team made history in March by beating Tajikistan 2-1 to qualify for this month’s tournament.
