The Argentine had an action-packed game against his former club...
Angel Di Maria came back to haunt his former club this morning, providing two assists for PSG against his former team Manchester United in what was an eventful game for the Argentinian.
Di Maria left the Red Devils in 2015 after just one lacklustre season at the Manchester club in a move that was not viewed favourably by United supporters.
The winger was in for a night of boos and abuse, beginning with a nasty fall at Old Trafford after a collision with Ashley Young saw Di Maria tumble off the pitch into the hoardings.

Ashley Young's push received quite the reaction from the United supporters who cheered as the Argentine clattered into the stands.
However, it seems the relentless booing from the supporters only motivated Di Maria as soon after he provided the first assist from a corner, as Kimpembe volleyed the ball in from a few yards out.
Di Maria was seen giving some stick back to the United supporters, supposedly telling supporters to 'F*** Off'.

The night didn't end there for the PSG player as he provided another assist for prodigy Kylian Mbappe, in what was a swift and quick counter-attack.
This was not before Di Maria added insult to injury for United supporters, one of whom hurled a full beer at their former number 7.
Di Maria proceeded to pick up the bottle and pretend to drink the beverage in what was perhaps a fitting response to the abuse received.

The Red Devils find themselves in a tough position for the second leg at Le Parc des Princes, after conceding two away goals and losing Paul Pogba to a second yellow-card late into the game.
