TEENAGE striker Peter Skapetis has joined the growing Aussie contingent in England’s Premier League, signing for Queens Park Rangers.
Skapetis signed a deal that will keep him in London until 2014.
He had previously joined Birmingham City after being handpicked by scouts at Rowville Second College’s school sports academy in Melbourne, whose head coac h was former Rangers defender Stuart Munro.
Fifteen year old Sydneysider Alusine Fofanah has also flown to the UK after he was recently snapped up by Manchester City.
