PSV Eindhoven are to part company with technical manager Stan Valckx, the Eredivisie club confirmed on Tuesday.
Valckx, who has been on holiday for the past fortnight following PSV's successful title defence and only returned to work on Tuesday, has been suspended pending a contract settlement.
A statement on club website www.psv.nl read: "After deliberation with Stan Valckx, the decision has been taken, in anticipation of a definitive settlement, that Valckx will not do any more work for PSV.
"The club will look for a replacement. The business in hand will for the time being be look after by Adri van Kraaij."
Valckx added: "It is a fact that I have been suspended and I respect that.
"I will finish current business in the next 24 hours and finish the cases in a professional way."
Last month Valckx supported Brazilian goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes in his public falling-out with PSV director Jan Reker.
