SYDNEY have released striker Ben Vidaic from the second year of his contract with the A-League club by mutual consent.
Vidaic, who is currently on loan to NSW Premier League club Sydney United, will finish the state league season with Sydney United.
The 20-year-old made seven appearances for Sydney over the last 12 months.
He played three Pre Season Cup matches, two Hyundai A-League appearances and he also made two starting appearances at the Pan Pacific Championship in Hawaii.
A club statement added: "Sydney FC would like to wish Ben good luck as he continues his football career and would like to thank him for his efforts on and off the pitch."
