Former Italy striker Christian Vieri will play for Fiorentina next season, the Serie A club confirmed this evening.
The 34-year-old has signed a one-year deal with the Viola after being available on a Bosman free transfer.
Vieri made seven appearances for Atalanta last season, scoring two goals, but found his progress hampered by injuries.
