Cejudo, 33, joins compatriot Oriol Riera as the Wanderers' marquee signings for the 2017/18 campaign.

The Spaniard, who plays as a right winger, joins the club after three years at LaLiga outfit Real Betis.

Cejudo originally started as a footballer at the Betis youth academy, and played for the Betis B side, before joining AD Ceuta in 2007.

From there he went on to join Las Palmas in 2009, before spending three years at Osasuna between 2011 and 2014.

He had made over 150 appearances in LaLiga for both Betis and Osasuna combined, scoring a total of 12 goals and providing 22 assists in six seasons.

Cejudo is the club's fifth and final visa signing, joing Riera, Aritz Borda, Jumpei Kusukami and Roly Bonevacia.

“We’re delighted to welcome a player of Álvaro’s quality and pedigree to the squad,” said Wanderers CEO John Tsatsimas.

“Álvaro has years of experience in one of the top leagues in the world and will be a valuable asset in the front third.”
