The away fans lit up the stands against Hamburg over the weekend...
Dynamo Dresden fans put on a red-hot display as they visited Hamburg during their team's 2. Bundesliga clash with Hamburger SV on a Monday night.
As they filled up the away stand the Dresden supporters made sure to make their presence felt as they lit up the stadium with hundreds of flares in their section.

8,000 Dynamo Dresden fans made the trip from the east side of Germany in what was a 900km round-trip to Hamburg.
It made for quite the showcase at the Volksparkstadion in the early minutes of the fixture, as attention turned away from the players who were carrying on with the game.
As flags and flares were waved around the footage makes the stands literally look on fire in what was surely an attempt to intimidate first-placed Hamburger SV.

Unfortunately for the travelling fans, the game ended in despair, as Lewis Holtby scored late in the game to secure the victory and maintain Hamburger's tight hold on top of the table.
Dynamo Dresden find themselves in 12th place in the German second division, while Hamburger are surely promotion favourites after being relegated last season.
