Socceroos striker Jamie Maclaren opened his account for the new Scottish Premiership season with the late equaliser in Hibernian's 1-1 draw with Aberdeen overnight.
Maclaren came off the bench to good effect in the 76th minute and found the net 10 minutes later.
The Australian found space to volley home unmarked at the far post from Paul Hanlon's cross.
Maclaren scored eight goals in 15 appearances for Hibs last term, after joining on loan in January from German second tier club SV Darmstadt 98.
The 25-year-old signed another season-long loan deal in early August with the Edinburgh club.
New signing Mark Milligan didn't play for Hibs on Saturday.
