Former Newcastle Jets and Adelaide United midfielder Cameron Watson has joined Indian I-League club Bengaluru FC.
The 29-year-old former Australia youth international was released by the Jets following the 2015-16 season.
Watson made 17 appearances for the Jets last season but was deemed surplus to requirements moving ahead.
The former VVV Venlo player becomes the only Australian currently playing in the Indian I-League.
Watson joins the reigning Indian champions who are coached by ex-Barcelona assistant Albert Roca.
