The Gunners have fitness fears over Theo Walcott, Emmanuel Adebayor and Bacary Sagna for the Champions League clash against Fenerbahce on Wednesday, with Wenger also concerned at a lack of chances created against Stoke at the weekend.

"My biggest worry is that we did not create a lot," Wenger said.

"We are not used to playing without creating chances and that is very frustrating."

Adebayor was carried off at the weekend, Walcott picked up a shoulder injury and Sagna has ankle trouble.

It limits Wenger's options but the Frenchman is aware he has to utilise his squad, regardless of the latest knocks.

"We have to rotate," said Wenger on arsenal.com.

"Unlike Stoke we play in between [Premier League matches] and the games in the Champions League are very demanding. You cannot play with the same side.

"You can maybe if you play once per month but not three times a week so you rotate."

The good news for Arsenal is Fenerbahce's Alex picking up a thigh strain and being rated as doubtful for the clash at the Emirates Stadium. The Brazilian scored twice in the 2-2 draw with Eskisehirspor on Saturday before suffering the problem.

Defender Gael Clichy looked back and admitted that, given Stoke's potency with throw-ins, conceding a corner may have been a better option for the Gunners.

"You realise that maybe it is better to put the ball out for the corner rather than the throw-in because they are so good and it's their main quality so it is really bad, it's disappointing," he said.

The Frenchman admitted the north London side were not sufficiently "focused", adding on Arsenal TV Online: "We didn't play well but we controlled the game and they scored on two throw-ins so maybe we weren't focused enough on the throw-in.

"The rest we did quite well: we tried to avoid the corners, the set-pieces, maybe we should have tried to avoid the throw-in as well but the focus wasn't there.

"But we have to look forward, what is behind is behind.

"But it was a big disappointment again."

Fellow defender Bacary Sagna looked ahead to Arsenal's next Premier League game which pits them against defending champions Manchester United at the Emirates in the early kick-off on Saturday.

He told Arsenal TV Online: "We have to win.

"We know this game is very important and we have to win it.

"So it will be a very good game for us.

"We will want to show Arsenal are still here.

"We want to take three points."
