AUSTRALIAN former Leicester City midfielder James Wesolowski has signed to Peterborough for an undisclosed fee, it was confirmed today.
The 22-year-old, linked with a move to several Championship clubs after spending last season on loan with Scottish Premier League side Hamilton, has signed a two-year contract.
Wesolowski told Peterborough's official website: "I had a pretty good season with Hamilton last season and have been given the opportunity to come to Peterborough and I'm looking forward to helping the club achieve promotion.
"It was a great experience last season. It gave me plenty of confidence and playing against Celtic and Rangers has helped me a lot.
"Now my new goal is to help Peterborough achieve promotion and I believe we can do that.
"The manager was a big part of my decision to come here, he has great experience and I can't wait to play for him."
