Everton will take on Sydney at ANZ stadium on 10 July, before clashing with new franchise Melbourne Heart on 14 July at Etihad and finally Brisbane Roar at Suncorp on 17 July.

Pending World Cup commitments, the likes of Socceroo hero Tim Cahill, plus Phil Neville, Louis Saha, Mikel Arteta, Phil Jagielka and Leighton Baines could be in action come July.

Everton has made a habit of international pre-season tours since coach David Moyes took charge of the ‘Toffees', with the USA, Canada, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Scotland and Thailand on the itinerary in recent years.

"We've heard so much about Australia - particularly from Tim [Cahill]," said Moyes. "So we're delighted that we can make this tour down under in 2010. It's also a good opportunity for us to have an early look at Australia as the football world gears up for the vote at the end of the year for the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cups."
