We have secured a spot for an aspiring coach from the FourFourTwo community to attend this month's FFA National Coaching Conference in Sydney.

Over the course of the three day event you will enjoy the rare chance to hear keynote speakers and see practical sessions from some of the world's leading coaching experts as they impart their knowledge to the Australian coaching fraternity.

For the lucky coach it is also a great chance to mingle with your peers from around the country and share ideas. You'll hear speakers from Europe, South America, America and Australia share research and practical sessions on all areas of player development.

Keynote speakers include Mauricio Marques, a technical consultant to the Brazilian Football Federation, Erich Rutemoller, director of coaching from the German Football Federation, World Cup winner Osvaldo Ardiles, Qantas Socceroos head coach Pim Verbeek and newly appointed FFA technical director, Han Berger.

The three day event will take place at Sydney Olympic Park from Monday 16 February to Wednesday 18 February.

This is a rare treat for any coach looking to develop their knowledge and skills. Please note the prize only includes the pass to the conference. You will be responsible for your own travel and accommodation.

Given this place at the conference is worth $538 we thought we'd test your coaching credentials. To enter you need to email the following to competitions@fourfourtwo.net.au

  • Name and contact details

  • Plus in 150 words or less your final instructions to your Socceroos team before they take to the field against Japan
